Alzheimer Care
Providing specialized non-medical Alzheimer’s care services in the home is one of the most positive ways we can help. Most Alzheimer's patients-particularly those in the early and middle stages of the illness-can be cared for at home instead of in nursing homes or other facilities.
With Metro Home Care’s specialized Alzheimer’s in-home services, your loved one will receive a customized care regimen tailored to their environment and special needs, thereby making daily life less difficult and stressful.
Companionship Care
Offers company and friendship. Companions may help with certain household chores from doing the laundry and taking out the garbage to reading out loud or playing cards. Professionals in Companionship Care and homemaking serve as another body within the home. They’re available to help remind patients when to take medications, assist with household chores and even drive someone to a hair appointment.
Respite Care
For families of a person with a developmental disability, aging, physical or mental disabilities who live at home, a dilemma may arise when it is time to do basics tasks, such as food shopping, visiting the doctor, or simply relaxing.
Our in-home respite , ranging from a period of a few hours to a few days, can be trusted to take care of the family member with a disability while his or her caregiver attends to necessary chores, or needs to take a break.

OUR STAFF
At Metro Home Care, we know that it is people who make the real difference in any organization. As a result, MHC is dedicated to seeking out individuals who care. MHC’s staff includes:

Our family of caregivers is made up of a wide variety of individuals all who have one thing in common- they have a passion for helping people. Each caregiver has been carefully selected utilizing an extensive pre-employment screening process which includes a thorough background investigation. All caregivers employed by MHC are bonded and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
Once selected as a member of our care team your caregiver receives extensive training. Upon hire each caregiver goes through MHC’s orientation process. This process provides comprehensive training on MHCs' policies, procedures, safety protocols, and expectations of our caregivers. Following orientation, your caregiver will receive special training to meet the needs specific to your individualized plan of care, and will continue to receive on-going training. We realize the value of supervising and supporting our direct care staff. Our caregivers receive continued supervision, support, and formal feedback to help ensure quality services.

Lisa Dupont established Metro Home Care from the roots of her customer service and administrative experience. Mrs. DuPont’s expertise as a successful AT&T sales representative and administrative assistant at Paradise Point has given her the leverage, knowledge and wisdom for making her own business a success, through developing effective long-term relationships and exceeding all challenges.
Moreover, Mrs. DuPont exudes a passion for advocating and brokering assistance and services for customers who cannot do so themselves. Having a strong work ethic and vastly exceptional decision-making skills, Mrs. DuPont has proven to be holistically capable of facilitating the management and future growth of Metro Home Care.
Balancing customer service and the client's needs, as well as the company's demands, make Mrs. DuPont keenly capable of building and managing Metro Home Care.
